Jing'Anby ~pantsreminder

This is my entry for =PrancerTank's character creation contest!

Mostly the prompt was really interesting and I decided to take a stab at it.

This is a Qirin/Kirin/Qilin/Kilin
Or, a chinese unicorn.
It had to be inspired by one of a few songs, here is one: [link]
and it just happens to be singing about war.

Assuming you don't know about Qirin (I didn't) they are said to bring peace. So, I decided to combine the two opposites.

Jing'an (精安) means something along the lines of perfect peace. My original idea was that he was a young Qirin, born at the turn of the century. He always set off one of his rockets when someone died to set their soul to peace. During the first world war, he was captured by the Chinese government and only allowed to shoot rockets for the allied military, so the enemies would haunt themselves.

... or something like that.

(also I was having trouble making this straight to Qirin which is why there's a weird looking anthro thing too.)

Thank you! Maybe it's kinda weird, but he does have green scales and 3 horns, so I don't think that's the strangest part of the design... haha.
